Welcome to Mochilists.com. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, including the admin portal, download portal, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using Mochilists.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Mochilists.com enables Etsy store owners (“Store Managers”) to upload, manage, and distribute digital files to buyers after a verified purchase. The Service includes:

  • Admin tools for managing Stores, Listings, and Digital Products
  • A secure, branded buyer portal for delivering downloads
  • File hosting and access management built on Google Cloud infrastructure

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

Buyers accessing the download portal must have a valid Etsy Transaction ID to retrieve purchased files.

3. User Accounts

3.1. Store Managers

  • Sign in using Firebase Authentication
  • Responsible for the security of login credentials
  • Ensure content complies with these Terms
  • Use accurate information for Listings and SKUs

3.2. Buyers

No account is required. Download access is granted upon verification of a valid Etsy Transaction ID. Download activity is logged for fraud prevention.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload copyrighted, illegal, or harmful content
  • Circumvent download limits or verification mechanisms
  • Interfere with the Service or attempt unauthorized access
  • Misrepresent your identity or listing information

Violations may result in suspension or termination.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded content. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store and deliver files through the Service. We do not claim ownership or redistribute your files outside of the verified download process.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee constant availability. The Service may be suspended or modified at any time without notice.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations or abuse.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, file permanence, or third-party API uptime.

THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY MochiLists (THE “APPLICATION DEVELOPER”). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (if any). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms. You will be notified via the admin portal or email. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance.
